Owners Heberto and Rona Segura, whose began their journey in a food truck, have grown enough to be able to open a brick and mortar location and succeeded in creating an innovative restaurant that brings a fusion of international flavors to life. The Drake distinguishes itself by crafting its dishes from locally sourced ingredients, ensuring a fresh and sustainable dining experience.
