A group of four women are sitting on the roof of a car smiling, some with their arms in the air as they have their picture taken infront of a large brightly colored mural spelling of the word Orlando with various local icons painted in each letter.

North Quarter District

As its name hints, the North Quarter District begins at the northern edge of downtown Orlando and extends to the Ivanhoe Village Main Street District. Its location, book-ended by the Central Business District to the south and Lake Ivanhoe to the north, enables residents and businesses to experience the best of urban access and village vibe, as well as immediate access to I-4. The North Quarter District is home to a blend of restaurants, professional office towers, apartment buildings, small businesses, and an eclectic mix of single family homes used as residences and as small business headquarters. The district is also the gateway to the Central Business District along the Orlando Urban Trail and Colonial Drive Overpass.
