Opening Reception of Black History Month Art Exhibition

In honor of Black History Month, Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer, District 5 City Commissioner Shan Rose, District 6 City Commissioner Bakari F. Burns, and the Orlando City Council invite the public to attend the Opening Reception of the City of Orlando’s Black History Month Art Exhibition. The reception will take place on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Terrace Gallery within Orlando City Hall.

The festivities continue the following week on Tuesday, February 10, from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. with the City of Orlando’s Black History Month Community Celebration. Hosted at The Plaza Live, located at 425 North Bumby Avenue, this free community event offers an evening of celebration featuring a reception with food and live entertainment.
