Do you have an upcoming event you'd like to promote? Send us the details and we'll consider it for our calendar.

Keep in mind:

  • Your event must be open to the general public and take place downtown. The City of Orlando reserves the right to decline or edit submissions for any reason.
  • Special Events Permit is required for any event on city property involving more than 100 people. Events with fewer than 100 people also require a Special Events permit if they involve vending, alcohol, temporary structures, or street closures.
  • Do you want to host an event in a city park? Choose your desired park space. Call 407.246.2283 to check availability and confirm fees.
