The Downtown Development Board/Community Redevelopment Agency (DDB/CRA) Banner Program allows banners and flags on the CRA/DDB lamp posts and flagpoles.
Banners and flags are limited to the following only:
- Events and programs run by the city; and
- Events and programs officially hosted by the city; and
- Events and programs officially sponsored by the city.
The number of banners to be installed and the location of each banner must be approved. View the locations here(PDF, 8MB). All costs associated with the installation, maintenance and removal of banners are the responsibility of the applicant.
Applicants must submit completed applications at least 90 days prior to the requested installation date, but no earlier than one year prior to the installation date.
