PARK + FREE. A match made in downtown Orlando.
Drive here. Dine here. We'll cover parking.
We're making it easier than ever to drive, park, and explore the tastes, sights, and experiences found only in downtown.
You can enjoy FREE parking at on-street metered and non-metered spaces, via the ParkMobile app, and complimentary valet at participating restaurants, while dining and shopping downtown thanks to the ParkDTO Program.*
Here's how it works:
- Get up to 2 hours of FREE parking at any metered and non-metered parking spot in downtown by using the ParkMobile code: ParkDTO. To spread the FREE parking love, you can use the code a maximum of eight (8) times per account. Download the ParkMobile app now to be ahead of the parking game.
- Dining downtown? Receive validation for valet at participating downtown restaurants between 5:30 pm - 9:00 pm. If you are a downtown restaurant and you are interested in participating in the valet program, click here.
- Promotion codes are valid 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Any amount owed in excess of the validated time is the responsibility of the person parking.

Park Mobile works with select meters in downtown Orlando. You'll find a zone number listed on a sticker on parking meters. Enter that zone number onto the ParkMobile app to quickly pay for parking. Once you've downloaded the ParkMobile app, enter the zone number listed on the parking meter signs onto the app to quickly pay for parking. Use the app to pay for parking and extend your parking session remotely. Any amount owed in excess of the validated time is the responsibility of the person parking.
