On March 8, interested homebuyers gathered at the Jackson Center to hear from District 5 City of Orlando Commissioner Regina I. Hill, DDB/CRA Acting Executive Director David Barilla, and city staff to learn more about the homes becoming available and the steps to take towards homeownership.
These single family houses being built in the Parramore neighborhood are roughly between 1,534 and 1,558 square feet and will consist of Florida friendly landscaping, a closet pantry, walk in closets, and upgraded recessed can lighting. Think it can't get any better? The homes are named Lion, Pride, and Magic after the iconic Orlando sports teams. They are anticipated to go on sale Spring 2023.
