You’ll often spot our Downtown Ambassadors first - easy to recognize in their bright orange uniforms and always ready with a smile. Whether you’re looking for directions, the perfect lunch spot, help navigating an event, or even a safety escort, they’re here to make your downtown experience seamless and enjoyable. Their friendly, on-the-ground presence helps set the tone for a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere and they’re only a phone call away. You can contact an Ambassador or request a service such as a safety escort to and from any location in downtown by calling or texting 407.225.4632 or requesting from the Clean & Safe app. 

Working behind the scenes, the Downtown Clean Team keeps downtown shining. From daily trash pickup and pressure washing to ongoing streetscape care, they handle the details that make a big difference - ensuring every block feels fresh, polished, and ready for whatever the day (or night) brings.
