Fresh Chicken Wings, Tasty Sauces, and a Dash of NYC Swagger

Buffalo Boss has opened its doors at 333 N. Orange Avenue bringing a splash of sauce to downtown Orlando. Born in Brooklyn in 2010, this wing haven was founded by Jamar White, a true wing fanatic with a mission to create the ultimate wing joint, packed with flavor and personality. Inspired by the energy of the NYC streets and infused with the spirit of Brooklyn hip-hop, Buffalo Boss is more than just a restaurant, it’s a cultural vibe.

Jamar was drawn to Orlando having great memories from his time vacationing here at what he refers to as the "mecca for tourism in America" before moving permanently in 2021. Implementing a Young Entrepreneurs training program, he awarded a Buffalo Boss location to his former store GM Ricardo Ibanez, then 28 years old. Ricardo and his partner Giovanni Torres went on to open the first Buffalo Boss ghost kitchen in Orlando. Jamar is excited to now have them as his partners in this first dine-in location in DTO. The big inspiration is providing jobs to the youth and giving aspiring entrepreneurs opportunities to one day own their own Buffalo Boss.

From the beginning, Buffalo Boss has been committed to quality, using only all-natural chicken with no antibiotics or growth hormones, and crafting every dish with fresh, real ingredients. The menu features 12 house-made sauces, crispy tenders, sweet potato fries, and fun treats like fried Oreos as well as big party platters boasting 50 to 500 wings!

This NYC-born hotspot adds a flavorful new edge to downtown Orlando’s food scene.
