Authentic Flavors Coming to Downtown at Jiang’s Kitchen
Set to open at 27 East Robinson Street in late spring, Jiang’s Kitchen will introduce authentic Shanghainese cuisine to downtown with a menu centered around Xiao Long Bao, handmade noodles, and sushi.
The full-service restaurant will feature an open-concept kitchen, giving guests a front-row seat to the artistry behind the craft of dumpling making. Each dumpling is meticulously hand-folded with exactly 18 pleats, ensuring the perfect balance with every bite. This dining experience is designed to bring both authenticity and entertainment to every visit while adding another unique international dining option downtown.
Eola Food Hall to Showcase Culinary Diversity
Located at 150 Central Boulevard, Eola Food Hall will create a new gathering space centered around food, culture, and community.
The two-story, 15,000-square-foot food hall has the potential for 17 vendors, offering a wide variety of cuisines and concepts under one roof. Designed to reflect the culinary diversity of the Orlando area, the multi-vendor space will give visitors the opportunity to explore new flavors while supporting a mix of local food entrepreneurs.

Kres Chophouse Expands After More Than 25 Years Downtown
A longtime downtown favorite, Kres Chophouse at 17 West Church Street, plans to expand and renovate its space.
For more than 25 years, Kres has been known as one of downtown’s premier steakhouses, serving both local residents and visitors alike. The expansion will add 2,127 square feet to the restaurant along with roughly 66 new seats, allowing Kres to offer private dining and corporate event experiences while overall renovations will enhance the dining experience guests have come to expect.
The investment reflects the continued strength of legacy businesses in downtown and their important role in shaping the district’s identity.
