The annual International Economic Development Council Conference highlights resilient and sustainable communities. We are honored to have received two IEDC awards this year for the following awards:
Building a Technology and Innovation Economy – EA Sports Agreement
Creative Village builds on the success of Orlando’s technology and innovation economy by transforming 68-acres of city-owned land into a mixed-use, transit oriented, urban Innovation District anchored by the regional headquarters for Electronic Arts, Inc. EA will serve as a pioneer for the innovation district bringing over 700 jobs and $232 million in personal income.
Rideshare Hubs – Enhancing the Downtown Experience
Rideshare Hubs were created to further enhance the overall downtown experience by decreasing congestion on city streets, to decrease crowd congestion, and to pioneer a proactive and innovative approach to a common problem in entertainment districts.
