Art² is officially open! This innovative public space is a new hub for creativity and community in downtown Orlando. Visitors can enjoy flexible outdoor seating, food vendors, a craft beverage station, and a vibrant lineup of programming by the park's operators - À La Cart - designed to inspire connection and imagination.
Funded by the City of Orlando's Community Redevelopment Agency, Art² celebrates Orlando’s vibrant artistic talent while supporting our vision of being “An Awesome Outdoor City.” The park is also a key piece of the DTO Action Plan, which continues to guide the transformation of downtown’s core corridors.
As part of this creative destination, new murals were added to bring even more color, energy, and character to the space. Urban Mirage 1 by artist Sitki Dogan, celebrates the spirit of Art² and the City of Orlando itself. The second mural, Step into the Past: Walking Through Time by SKIP of A Pivotal Character Artworks, commemorates Orlando’s 150th anniversary. This piece offers a playful pop-culture nod to the city’s rich history.
