Yin Yoga Training and Certification

This 14-hour Yin Yoga training is designed for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners who want to deepen their understanding and teaching of Yin Yoga.

Devotion Yoga has partnered with Shanti One Yoga to host an intensive Yin Yoga Certification & Weekend Immersion on Nov 14 & 15.

You do not have to be a yoga teacher to attend! This weekend is open to anyone who wants to understand the anatomy of deep stretching, nervous system regulation, and how to build an intentional home practice—as well as teachers wanting to add Yin CE to their certification or classes to their schedule.

Through a combination of theory, guided practice, teaching methodology, and experiential learning, participants will explore the principles of Yin Yoga, functional anatomy, meridian theory, fascia, mindful awareness, breathwork, props, modifications, and safe, accessible sequencing.
