Join the Orlando Public Library as they continue to examining horror cinema by exploring the history of Folk Horror cinema and literature. Recommended for ages 18 and up. Registration required.
In this program, they will briefly touch on the basics from the introductory presentation, Why Horror Cinema Matters. From there, you will explore the cultural changes that inspired what would become known as Folk Horror. You will also explore the origins of the term and how the stories are far older than one might expect.
