Returning to the Judson’s Live stage, saxophonist Jeff Rupert and his world class quartet bring us masterful interpretations from Miles Davis’sBirth of the Cool. Jeff is a performing and recording saxophonist whose credits include over 75 albums, 11 of those as a leader. He's recorded as a featured soloist with legends like Mel Tormé, Kevin Mahogany, Ernestine Anderson, Maynard Ferguson, Sam Rivers, Kenny Barron, Veronica Swift, George Garzone, Diane Schuur and on Benny Carter's Grammy-winning album, Harlem Renaissance.
