The official opening night of It’s Just Yoga Fest — a two-hour, immersive yoga experience rooted in movement, music, and community.
The evening is presented by Mad Hippie and is inspired by Mad Hippie’s ethos of Clean Beauty for Wild Hearts, the evening celebrates self-expression, authenticity, and conscious living.
The experience begins with Flower Power Flow, a playful, 60s-inspired vinyasa led by Stephanie Peterson, owner of Tribe Yoga Studio. Uplifting music, joyful movement, and free-spirited energy invite you to move intuitively, let go, and fully express yourself.
From there, the evening naturally transitions into a Heart-Opening Yin + Meditation, led by Juliana La Rochelle. This slower, grounding practice guides participants into deep release, reflection, and calm — allowing the energy of the flow to soften into stillness and connection.
Together, these two experiences create a complete arc — energizing, expressive, and deeply restorative — all within one thoughtfully curated evening.
