Cambria Suites Hotel

The subject site is bounded on the north by E. Washington Street and the Metropolitan condominium project, on the east by N. Rosalind Avenue and Lake Eola Park, and on the west by the existing AT&T building, and on the south by the St. George Orthodox Church. The Cambria Suites Hotel will be located at 170 E. Washington Street. The development will be seven stories and feature 155 rooms with 82 parking spaces, a ground floor restaurant, an amenity deck, and a rooftop lounge. The project is expected to be completed the second half of 2021.
