389 North Mixed-Use Development

This proposed project features 24 stories of office and residential space with eight stories of integrated parking and ground-floor retail. The mixed-use development will include 300 residential units, 130,000 sq. ft. of high-tech office space, and 10,000 sq. ft. of retail space.
