Orlando Film Festival in Downtown Orlando
The Orlando Film Festival will kick off tonight with an opening night party at Ember from 6:00PM – 8:15PM. Following the party, the opening night film, The Frost, will play at the Plaza Cinema Café.
The Orlando Film Festival is dedicated to supporting the cause of independent cinema. Their goal is to promote culture and the arts in Downtown Orlando by exposing a wide audience to the unique and diverse stories told by independent filmmakers from around the world. -

Downtown Orlando Unveils Smart-phone Parking App
Grab your smart phone and check this out! The Orlando Downtown Development Board has launched a new, free Orlando parking app available on iTunes and Android Market. BlackBerry and standard mobile device users also can access the app via a web-view link http://parkin.downtownorlando.com/web.aspx from Downtown Orlando's mobile website.

World Cup Deal of the Week
There have been some incredible World Cup matches this past week, with some notable teams falling behind. The Round of 16 is now over and we are heading into the Quarter-Finals. The eight teams left will be fighting for the chance to enter the Semi-Finals. Catch these teams playing during the week at one of downtown's many bars and restaurants.
Friday, July 2: Netherlands will play against Brazil and Uruguay will play Ghana.
