Bus System


LYMMO can put you within a 10 minutes or less of any place within Downtown Orlando. The buses kneel and have special boarding ramps, to make riding much easier for wheelchairs and passengers with disabilities. The LYMMO comes by every five minutes during office hours and after hours they run every ten minutes. On Sundays and Holidays the Lymmo runs every 15 minutes. There are 13 stations and each station has a covered shelter and a kiosk. Hours of Operation are as follows: Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Friday: 6:00 AM – Midnight, Saturday: 10:00 AM to Midnight, Sunday: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. LYNX, the public transit provider in Orlando, covers more than 2,500 square miles extending through Orange, Seminole and Osceola counties. LYNX provides regularly scheduled bus service to 61 routes on comfortable buses equipped with bike racks. LYNX also offers:

  • Shuttle service to special events
  • Commuter assistance with vanpools and carpools
  • Special door-to-door transportation for customers who cannot use regular bus service
  • Special fares for students, physically and mentally challenged customers, and people aged 65 and older

The colorful LYNX fleet currently includes approximately 235 buses and 70 vans.
