WMMO Downtown Concert Series Presents Collective Soul

The 98.9 WMMO Downtown Concert Series presented by Budweiser Select has become an essential part of the Downtown Orlando music culture. Collective Soul will perform the next free concert Saturday, March 13 in front of City Hall. With a new label and new momentum, Collective Soul will rock Orlando this March with hits from their recently released "Loud and Proud" CD along with their popular classics. The concert festivities and live music will begin at 4:00 PM. To kick off the concert, Sonny's BBQ and Starlight Studios are looking for the first ever Gibson Opening Act for the DCS. Local bands can enter for a chance to win the opening spot, studio time at Starlight and a brand new Gibson SG Standard Guitar. For more information visit www.wmmo.com.

Hey, y'all!
-Looking forward to the CS gig. I saw them many years ago at Sea World, Shamu Stadium. They rocked it!
Anyway - just wanted to let the Events Coordinator know that Collective Soul's latest album title isn't "Loud & Proud"...that's their record company. Their latest album is, "Collective Soul" (self-titled), released on August 25, 2009 (see the website album info at: http://www.collectivesoul.com/board_posts/collective-soul-3). If the album was purchased thru the iTunes store, the album name is something like, "Rabbit". I wouldn't say that's the official name, though.
