From May 22-25, the Downtown Development Board represented Downtown Orlando in Las Vegas at ICSC RECon 2016. RECon is a global convention for the shopping center industry and provides networking, deal making and educational opportunities for retail real estate professionals from around the world. Executive Director, Thomas C. Chatmon Jr., Assistant Director, David Barilla, Division Fiscal Manager, Mercedes Blanca and the City of Orlando’s Economic Development Coordinator, Emily Brown shared information about the $5.39 billion in total development investment.
