Bikeways
Orlando has been recognized by the League of American Cyclists as a "Bicycle Friendly Community." This achievement was reached through the planning and implementation of the City's Bicycle Plan, a long-range plan detailing the City's bicycle facility improvements through 2010. Orlando Pedicab
Orlando Pedicab is the newest way to get around downtown on weekend nights. These bike taxis with room for up to 4 passengers can be found all around the central downtown area from Tuesday through Saturday nights and are complimentary. For more information: 321-217-2233
Bus System
LYNX - the public transit provider in Orlando, covers more than 2,500 square miles extending through Orange, Seminole and Osceola counties. LYNX provides regularly scheduled bus service to 61 routes on comfortable buses equipped with bike racks. LYNX also offers shuttle service to special events; commuter assistance with vanpools and carpools; special door-to-door transportation for customers who cannot use regular bus service; and special fares for students, physically and mentally challenged customers and people aged 65 and older. The colorful LYNX fleet currently includes approximately 235 buses and 70 vans.

Lymmo - A free bus service centrally located in the heart of Downtown Orlando with over 8 stops. Lymmo has its own lane and controls its own traffic signals to make sure it's never slowed down by traffic. During office hours, a Lymmo will come by every 5 minutes. After hours a bus will come by every 10 minutes and on Sundays and holidays after 6 PM, every 15 minutes. Our high tech electronic kiosks will show you exactly where the next Lymmo is on its 3 mile circuit and how long you'll have to wait. State-of-the-Art Technology
Soon, Downtown Orlando Lymmo station kiosks will be the first in the country to utilize a state-of-the-art wireless global positioning system that will show you exactly where the next Lymmo is on its three-mile circuit and how long you'll have to wait. While you're waiting, you can watch news, weather, financial and entertainment information on a monitor. There's one at every kiosk and also onboard each Lymmo!
